How to get your bonus

7. Customers should only use payment methods registered in their own name to deposit and carry out transactions on the site. If customers use payment methods registered not in their name, Betsolo reserves the right to remove all winnings from the account, cancel all transactions and close the account.

8. The deposited amount and the bonus have to be turned over six times at miminum odds of 2.0 on sportsbetting within 30 days before a withdrawal can be requested. Combination bets also have to have a minimum cumulative odds of 2.0.

9. Withdrawals can only be made upon your age and identity being verified.

10. Any bets or selections that are cancelled or are void do not count towards the bonus turnover.

11. If 2 or more selections are chosen on the same event, then only the
stake on the first selection will be carried forward towards the minimum turnover. Combination bets must contain at least one selection at odds of 1.50 or higher to count towards the bonus rollover. Over/Under bets do not count towards the bonus rollover.

12.The original balance on the account before the bonus is added (visible in the account statement), can be requested for withdrawal.

13.You may only play casino games after the deposited amount, including the bonus, have fulfilled the turnover criteria as stipulated under section 7.

14. Where any term of the offer or promotion is breached or there is any evidence of a series of bets/wagers placed by a customer or group of customers (e.g. where common betting patterns across the same fixture/markets have been identified across accounts or identical
geographical locations such as same street, same postcode, same surname, coordinated registrations), which due to a deposit bonus, enhanced payments, free and risk free bets/wagers, or any other promotional offer results in guaranteed customer profits irrespective of the outcome, whether individually or as part of a group, betsolo reserves the right to reclaim the bonus element of such offers and in its absolute discretion settle bets/wagers at the
correct odds, void the free and risk free bets/wagers or void any bet/wager funded by the deposit bonus.

15. betsolo reserves the right to levy an administration charge on the customer up to the value of the deposit bonus, free and risk free bet/wager or additional payment to cover administrative costs. Betsolo further reserves the right to ask any customer to provide sufficient documentation for betsolo to be satisfied in its absolute discretion as to the customer’s identity prior to betsolo crediting any bonus, free and risk free bet/wager or offer to the customer’s account.

16. Whether or not the bonus is paid is at Betsolo’s sole discretion.

17. The bonus will be credited to your Betsolo account within 24 hours.
